Welcome! An inviting yellow door welcomes guests into a two-story, well-lit foyer that allows visibility of the kitchen, two dining spaces, a living room, and a sunroom. As if this project couldn’t get any better, the second level is equipped with a large bonus room for any needs one may have. Featuring a wet bar and cooler, a bathroom, a bedroom, and its walk-in closet, the space is perfect for entertaining guests in any capacity. Skylights elevate this space beyond the typical basement or bonus room by increasing the amount of natural light.

Contrast is the name of the game in this kitchen—matte black hardware, plumbing, and light fixtures pop against expanses of pure white, introducing industrial themes that recur throughout the house. A white, herringbone tile backsplash offers a fresh facelift to traditional subway tiles without sacrificing the emphasis on simplicity.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, and this space is no exception! It features a spacious, white island topped with Eternia quartz, accommodating for entertaining large groups and cooking the perfect homemade meal.

It often feels as though there is never enough storage space in the kitchen—the addition of a butler’s pantry creates a unique solution that introduces more counter space and storage, a second sink, a beverage fridge, and a tucked-away, oven-microwave combo.

State-of-the-art stainless steel appliances compliment cool tones in the countertop and make cooking a breeze.

Natural light is introduced, one of many reasons to utilize the pantry’s prep space and message center. An accent wall with geometric wallpaper makes it a pantry that doesn’t need to be hidden from guests.

This powder room is a moodier manifestation of the project’s black-and-white motif. A beautifully-crafted, marble-topped vanity is an elegant touch that is contrasted by a matte black, open channel faucet. Similar to the butler’s pantry, the octagonal wallpaper gives the space a personality of its own.

The deeply-hued cabinets are masculine in nature, juxtaposed against a neutral, porcelain floor and countertop.

Unwind after a long day in this luxurious master oasis. Upon entrance, the resident is greeted by a large, multicolored soaking tub, resting just below a set of windows. Adjacent to the tub is a spa-like shower, complete with a built-in bench, hand shower, and all-encompassing glass enclosure.
